I spent months sourcing every single piece in my lil home from vintage sellers, upcycled vendors, & various other sustainable avenues. Each piece has a past, & a story, & a sentimental, symbolic meaning to me. It was imperative to me that I wanted my home to be a beautiful representation of my eclectic style, while remaining completely sustainable in the design. I didn't compromise myself or my sustainable & ethical values for mere convenience, & poorly made inexpensive items that lacked quality, & longevity. I realize this path isn't easy, & often not the most affordable avenue, but we have all the power as consumers, even if its only for a few purchases it makes a difference. In showcasing how design can be affordable, sustainable, chic, & unique I hope this will inspire others to do the same, for the sake of our planet, & our people.
